Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily land operational activities, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, terminals, and transport partners to support operational requirements. Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service quality. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and industry standards. Handle operational issues proactively and provide timely resolutions. Prepare reports, analyze operational data, and provide recommendations to management. Lead, guide, and develop operational staff to maintain high performance and teamwork. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, terminal, or land transportation operations, with prior supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
