THE ROLE

CBH is seeking a seasoned property professional to lead the strategic and commercial management of our extensive land and property portfolio—over 500 freehold and leasehold assets—critical to future-proofing our grain storage and handling infrastructure across Western Australia.
As Manager – Land & Property, you’ll take charge of all aspects of property investment management, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, licensing, and special land projects.
You’ll lead a high-performing team and collaborate across CBH to drive our infrastructure investment program. In addition, you will form part of our broader Network Planning management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Lead end-to-end property transactions (30–50 annually), including purchases, sales, leases, and licences
  • Provide expert advice to internal and external stakeholders on CBH’s property portfolio
  • Manage relationships with landlords, tenants, valuers, statutory authorities, and consultants
  • Oversee leasing programs, contract negotiations, and compliance
  • Collaborate on land subdivision/amalgamation and due diligence processes
  • Oversee and maintain documentation of property transactions, rates, taxes
