Join our team as a Land Scout (all genders) in Porto, where you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our Business Plan (BP) objectives for securing the land needed for PV and wind projects leading easement negotiations for grid infrastructure—contributing to the successful delivery of the company’s renewable energy pipeline.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Forestry, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science or Law.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the purchasing and sale of real estate (rustic or urban).
• Proven experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in land acquisition and management.
• Proven ability in legal aspects of contracting.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is required; knowledge of any additional language is an advantage.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

• Support on the Broker Network Creation & Management by:

• Establishing and maintaining a robust network of land brokers across Iberia (Spain and Portugal);

• Developing strong relationships with brokers, ensuring continuous communication and swift responses to new opportunities in a competitive landscape.
• Be involved in the Lease Management System by:

• Populating the lease management system to monitor and track obligations for land contracts within the current portfolio;

• Managing Easement Negotiations: obtain easements required for power line infrastructure and related interconnection projects.
• Support various processes involving multiple stakeholder management and build relationships with local entities, especially for capacity tenders and other development requirements.
• Support in the Viability Analysis of Projects.
