Atwell is growing, and we’re seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Land Solutions | Payment Services Team in Southfield, MI.
This full-time, on-site role supports our team by managing landowner inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation, and keeping projects organized. After 3–6 months, you may have the option to work from home one day per week (subject to approval).
We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Landowner Support: Communicate with landowners, gather information, and route inquiries to Subject Matter Experts. Collaborate with Financial Services Specialists to maintain strong relationships.
  • Document Accuracy: Conduct quality reviews, request supporting materials, and carefully review deeds, titles, and appraisals. Record memorandums with counties when needed.
  • Project Organization: Collect, organize, and maintain project files in line with Atwell standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Financial Services Specialist and Project Manager to ensure tasks and deadlines are met.
