  • Maintain and ensure all contract documents are accurately recorded in Fortescue’s systems.
  • Track key dates, milestones, renewals and compliance obligations.
  • Work closely with Legal, Commercial, Native Title, Project Approvals, Environment, Heritage and project controls teams, to ensure coordination and alignment.
  • Develop and maintain project coordination tools including logs of stakeholder engagement and other project management and coordination tools relevant to contract administration.
  • Develop and maintain optimal tools to capture and present information on land rights and interests including capturing land access agreements in the relevant database (PX4) and ensuring validity of agreements to meet long term land access requirements.
  • Carry out due diligence enquiries on properties (such as title searches) and prepare reports setting out findings.
  • Coordinate Governance and Compliance checks with Legal team.
  • Coordinate landholder exclusive collaboration contracts, NDA’s and similar agreements, including working with Legal on novel and complex issues.
