Description Location: Rochester, MN Office Widseth is seeking a Land Survey Technician to support a wide range of residential and commercial survey projects, including ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, subdivision platting, and construction staking. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both fieldwork and technical drafting and wants to grow with a respected multidisciplinary firm. Responsibilities: Perform field surveys under the direction of a licensed land surveyor or engineer. Utilize equipment such as GPS, Total Station, and Automatic Levels to collect and verify accurate data. Create topographic and contour maps and prepare survey drawings and documentation using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and the public, maintaining clear and professional communication. Ensure survey results comply with legal and industry standards. Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of field survey experience. Associate’s degree in Land Surveying or Civil Technology. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and modern surveying instruments.
