Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our organization by conducting precise measurements and collecting data to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important land features. Set up, calibrate, and operate various surveying instruments, including total stations, GPS equipment, and levels Conduct field surveys to collect accurate data on land boundaries, topography, and existing structures Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports, maps, and plans using specialized software Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project specifications are met Perform construction layout surveys to guide building and infrastructure development Maintain accurate records of all survey activities and findings Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal surveying regulations and standards Verify the accuracy of survey data and make necessary adjustments Participate in project planning meetings and provide expert advice on surveying matters Adapt to various outdoor working conditions in the Riyadh region, including extreme temperatures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field Valid surveying license or certification Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying Proficiency in surveying software and CAD programs Strong understanding of survey procedures, equipment, and best practices Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications Demonstrated experience in project documentation and report writing Strong communication and teamwork abilities Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments and carry equipment Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high accuracy standards Knowledge of local surveying regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia (preferred) Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various project sites as needed Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
