Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our projects by conducting accurate measurements, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports to support our construction and development initiatives. Perform land surveys using various surveying equipment and techniques Establish primary horizontal and vertical control points and reference ties Develop new data from photogrammetric records Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other terrain characteristics Coordinate with contractors and team members on work priorities and schedules Perform regular checks of contractors' setting out to verify proper execution and accuracy Maintain surveying equipment and perform frequent calibration checks Apply and implement all safety and quality control procedures on-site Monitor health and safety of construction works and report any violations Keep accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed Coordinate findings with engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and other project stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field Professional surveyor license or certification Proven experience in land surveying, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency Proficiency in using modern surveying equipment, GPS, and GIS systems Expert knowledge of surveying software and data processing techniques Strong mathematical and analytical skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, maps, and specifications Understanding of local land laws and regulations in the UAE Knowledge of construction and engineering principles Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Additional Information Middle East or UAE / Dubai experience preferred RTA pre-approved.
