Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct precise measurements and detailed surveys to establish property boundaries, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Utilize advanced surveying equipment and technology, including GPS and CAD software, to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to provide critical data that influences design and construction phases.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, maps, and reports detailing survey results for review and documentation purposes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Infrastructure, Storm Water, Sewage Line Experienced
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on both residential and commercial projects.
• Proficient in using surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
