We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering and be proficient in various surveying techniques and technologies. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate land measurements, boundary determinations, and the preparation of detailed survey reports. The Land Surveyor will collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide essential data for project planning and execution.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in land surveying with a strong understanding of surveying principles and practices.
• Familiarity with data collection methods and the use of surveying software (e.g., GIS, Revit, Carlson).
• Proficient in mathematical concepts including trigonometry and geometry as they apply to surveying tasks.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure precision in measurements and reports.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

• Utilize advanced surveying equipment such as GPS, 3D scanners, and traditional tools to gather precise measurements.
• Analyze data collected from surveys and prepare detailed schematics and reports.
• Collaborate with civil engineers to integrate survey data into project designs using software such as Revit and Carlson.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and standards in all surveying activities.
• Perform calculations involving trigonometry and geometry to support survey accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of surveys and assist in the development of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for data management.
