Job Description

The Land Surveyor will work under the guidance of the Resident Engineer and the Project Manager and will join the team of design and construction supervision works on various types of structures on major roadway projects. Projects include design of new highways and interchanges and upgrading/rehabilitation of existing roads.

  • Conduct precise land surveys for bridge and underpass projects throughout Dubai
  • Utilize advanced surveying equipment and GPS technology to collect and analyze data
  • Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and plans using specialized software
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to provide essential survey information
  • Ensure compliance with RTA standards and local regulations for all surveying activities
  • Perform quality checks and verify the accuracy of survey data
  • Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to land boundaries or elevations
  • Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and methodologies

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
  • Professional certification as a Licensed Land Surveyor
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience in bridge and underpass surveying
