JOB SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team for construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site surveying, setting out works, and preparing accurate survey reports. You will play a key role in ensuring that all site works are executed according to design, layout, and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry (UAE experience preferred).
  • Proficient in using surveying tools and software (e.g., Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS, Civil 3D).
  • Strong understanding of construction layout and survey procedures.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all survey tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct topographic and boundary surveys for construction sites.
  • Set out construction works including roads, foundations, utilities, and structural elements.
  • Use surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and levels to collect accurate data.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed survey records, drawings, and reports.
  • Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and project managers on survey-related matters.
  • Monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure alignment with survey benchmarks and tolerances.
  • Assist in resolving technical and site issues related to survey discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations during fieldwork.
