POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, preparing accurate survey reports, and collaborating with construction teams to ensure compliance with land use regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Licensed Land Surveyor (in relevant state) with experience in multi-family and commercial construction projects.
  • Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in interpreting survey data.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with project teams and clients.
