Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Kuwait. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in conducting accurate land measurements, preparing topographic surveys, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various construction and development projects in the region. Conduct precise land measurements and topographic surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports using specialized software Create accurate maps, plans, and boundary surveys for various construction and development projects Ensure compliance with Kuwaiti land laws, regulations, and international surveying standards Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide expert surveying input Perform quality control checks on survey data and implement best practices in surveying methodologies Assist in managing project timelines and resources effectively Troubleshoot surveying issues and develop practical solutions Conduct construction staking and site layout for ongoing projects Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and industry trends Adapt to working in Kuwait's climate conditions when performing fieldwork Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field Minimum 10 years of experience in land surveying Advanced proficiency in surveying equipment and software, including GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, and GIS Strong mathematical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex survey data Knowledge of Kuwaiti land laws, regulations, and surveying practices Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop practical solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with boundary surveys, topographic mapping, construction staking, and site layout techniques Familiarity with local Kuwaiti surveying regulations and practices Valid driver's license Business Line: Energy and Sustainable Cities Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: General Engineering Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Design and Engineering Profession: Geomatics - Geospatial technology
