JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting precise land and topographic surveys for various construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects. A strong command of surveying instruments, GPS technology, and local site conditions is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with a valid UAE driver’s license for ease of site travel.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant land surveying experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and modern survey equipment (e.g., Total Station, GPS).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to accurately interpret architectural and civil engineering drawings.
• Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of UAE construction, zoning, and land use regulations.
• Experience in diverse terrain environments (desert, coastal, urban) across the UAE.
• Familiarity with GIS software and digital mapping tools.

• Perform field surveys using GPS, Total Station, and leveling instruments to collect spatial data.
• Prepare and interpret survey drawings, topographic maps, and site plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure data accuracy and project alignment.
• Mark boundaries, reference points, and layout coordinates on construction sites.
• Analyze data using CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and produce detailed survey reports.
• Verify and adjust measurements to ensure data precision and compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure surveys are compliant with UAE municipal and legal requirements.
• Stay current on modern surveying technologies, software, and local regulatory standards.
