JOB TITLE: LAND SURVEYOR (UAE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor with a solid background in surveying practices and a specific focus on façade inspections within the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience using advanced survey technologies, have in-depth knowledge of UAE construction codes and regulations, and be capable of delivering precise, insightful survey reports for a wide range of land development and building inspection projects.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in both land or façade surveying roles.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, building regulations, and land zoning laws.
  • Proficient in the use of surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, laser scanners) and inspection tools (drones, thermal cameras).
  • Skilled in interpreting construction plans, legal documents, and technical drawings.
  • High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong report-writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in survey and mapping software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple field and office tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Conduct land and topographic surveys to determine property boundaries, elevations, distances, and angles.
  • Utilize advanced survey tools such as Total Stations, GPS, and Laser Scanners for high-precision data collection.
  • Prepare accurate maps, reports, and drawings using collected survey data for use in construction and planning.
  • Interpret legal documents, maps, and land records to resolve boundary or ownership disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE land use laws, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure data is applied correctly in project execution.
  • Maintain clear records, field notes, and documentation of survey activities.
