JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Land Surveyor with proven experience in land and façade surveying within the UAE. This critical role supports accurate data acquisition for land development, construction layout, and building envelope assessments. The ideal candidate will be adept with modern surveying tools, familiar with UAE building and zoning codes, and capable of producing reliable survey documentation for design, legal, and construction teams.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant land and façade surveying experience in the UAE.
  • Demonstrated understanding of local construction methods, zoning regulations, and land-use laws.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficient with Total Stations, GNSS/GPS systems, laser scanners, UAV/drone surveying, and thermal imaging.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and survey-specific software platforms.

ANALYTICAL & COMMUNICATION ABILITIES

  • Strong spatial analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex drawings and zoning information.
  • Clear, professional communication in both written reports and stakeholder interactions.
Responsibilities
