JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Land Surveyor with a strong background in land and façade surveying in the UAE. This role is vital to ensuring accurate data collection and analysis across land development, construction planning, and building inspections. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with modern surveying equipment and methods, a deep understanding of UAE construction and zoning regulations, and the ability to deliver clear, actionable survey documentation for various project stakeholders.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of land and/or façade surveying experience in the UAE.
  • Strong familiarity with local construction practices, regulations, and land-use standards.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Hands-on expertise with Total Stations, GPS/GNSS devices, laser scanning, drones, and thermal imaging tools.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS platforms, and other survey-related software.
  • Analytical Abilities:
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and spatial analysis skills.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, site plans, and zoning regulations.
  • Communication:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for effective reporting, stakeholder coordination, and site documentation.
  • Licensing:
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory for regular site travel.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed land, topographic, and façade surveys, accurately measuring boundaries, elevations, and angles.
  • Operate and maintain advanced surveying instruments, including Total Stations, GPS systems, laser scanners, and drones.
  • Assess building façades for verticality, alignment, and structural deviation, particularly in high-rise or architectural envelope systems.
