JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with strong expertise in Total Station and Auto Level equipment for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling site surveys, setting out works, and ensuring accurate measurements as per project requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects.
• Proficient in using Total Station and Auto Level.
• Strong knowledge of site layout, leveling, and surveying techniques.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Own visa is required.

• Conduct land surveys using Total Station and Auto Level.
• Perform setting out for structural and finishing works in high-rise building projects.
• Verify accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to ensure correct implementation of designs.
• Prepare and maintain survey records, sketches, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
