Description
Meraki Integrated Contracting is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with a strong background in high-rise construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate site measurements, setting out works, and ensuring precise execution of structural and architectural elements as per design specifications. Key Responsibilities: Conduct all types of land surveying, including topographical, boundary, and setting-out for structural and finishing works. Interpret and work with drawings, site plans, and architectural/structural layouts. Perform site inspections and verify levels, alignments, and dimensions for high-rise structures. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site-related discrepancies. Maintain accurate field notes, survey data, and daily logs of activities and deviations. Ensure all surveying instruments are properly calibrated and maintained. Assist in preparing as-built drawings and coordinate with QA/QC for approvals. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Land Surveying. 5–7 years of UAE experience, specifically on high-rise towers or large-scale developments. Proficient in using Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and surveying software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, tolerances, and vertical alignment requirements. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Preferred Traits: Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure. Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines. Familiar with Dubai Municipality and local authority requirements.
