Description
Responsibilities Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys as per project requirements. Set out works including buildings, roads, pipelines, and structural elements. Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and reference levels. Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level. Prepare and verify survey data, reports, and as-built drawings. Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and site teams for accurate site execution. Ensure surveys comply with approved drawings and project specifications. Identify discrepancies and report them to the concerned authority. Maintain proper survey records and documentation. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on site. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or infrastructure projects. Strong hands-on experience with Total Station, GPS, and AutoCAD. Knowledge of local authority and project survey standards. Experience in roads, buildings, utilities, or industrial projects is an advantage.
