FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Land Surveyor is responsible for conducting accurate site surveys, measurements, and mapping to support construction activities. Working closely with the civil team, the role ensures that all levels, alignments, and coordinates are set according to project specifications. The Land Surveyor must ensure compliance with project plans, resolve site-level discrepancies, and maintain high precision using advanced surveying instruments.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site surveying.
  • Proficiency in Total Station and other surveying instruments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction layouts, alignments, and site marking.
  • English proficiency is mandatory (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Knowledge and/or experience in using CAD software and survey software, total station, data collectors and GPS equipment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English.
    Candidates currently in UAE and ready to join immediately are preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys and measurements to establish reference points and elevations.
  • Operate Total Station and other surveying equipment to ensure accuracy in leveling, alignment, and positioning.
  • Collaborate with the civil team to verify construction layouts and compliance with design specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and drawings for project documentation.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between design plans and actual site conditions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and site procedures.
  • Assist engineers in interpreting survey data and making adjustments as needed.
