Ridgeway Surveys Ltd are Land Surveyors and Site Engineers.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Land Surveyor to join our survey team based out of our office in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of land and measured survey projects, using the latest technology such as robotic total stations, GPS and laser scanners.
We are looking to hear from enthusiastic Surveyors who have experience completing topographic surveys and/or measured building surveys.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience of carrying out topographical surveys to a high standard
• Experience of carrying out measured building surveys (floor plans, elevations and sections) to a high standard
• Experience working with total stations and laser scanners
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Driving Licence

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Consistently deliver high quality work
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
• Confident and clear communicator – both written and verbal
• Professional manner with excellent client-facing skills

Experience with any of the following instruments/software would also be beneficial::

• Leica TS15 total station
• Leica P40 & Trimble X7 laser scanners
• n4ce software
• Cyclone software
• Revit modelling

A degree or HND/HNC qualification or equivalent in surveying or a survey-related discipline is usually required, but we also welcome applications from candidates with little or no surveying or construction industry experience to join us at a more junior level. We would also be pleased to hear from Graduates with a relevant degree, who are looking to start their career in Surveying.
