REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Diploma/Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering.
✅ 3+ years of UAE/GCC surveying experience.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS software, and Total Stations (Leica/Topcon/Trimble).
✅ Strong knowledge of UAE land laws and surveying regulations.
✅ Valid UAE driving license preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team! You will be responsible for conducting field surveys, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate measurements for construction, engineering, and land development projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✔ Perform topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using total stations, GPS, and drones.
✔ Collect and analyze field data for CAD/GIS mapping.
✔ Prepare survey reports, plats, and legal descriptions.
✔ Ensure compliance with UAE surveying standards.
✔ Collaborate with engineers and project managers.
