We provides site development civil engineering and land surveying services primarily focused on smaller (1-2 acre) commercial development projects. In support of these projects, Our survey team provides field and office surveying for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, topography surveys, subdivision mapping, and construction staking services.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, adhering to the latest National standards and client requirements.

Additional Requirements:

• Utilize advanced surveying equipment, including total stations and GPS receivers, to collect accurate field data.
• Process and analyze survey data using industry-standard software and tools to create detailed topographic maps and reports.
• Attention to detail to ensure all surveys are completed within established timelines and budgets while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate efficiently with design team, client, and agencies.
