JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Swimming Pool/Landscape 3D Landscape Architect to join our team. The Ideal candidate will play a key role in translating design concepts into precise and comprehensive drawings for swimming pool & Landscape projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in 3D Visualizing, familiarity with up-to-date design software, and a keen eye for detail.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Analysis of architectural drawings and develop conceptual ideas, reference images.
2. Effectively uncover client’s needs and provide compelling solutions.
3. Efficiently create unique, desirable, artistic, and inspirational landscape designs
4. Concept and schematic proposal of projects with associate architects
5. Interact with Client & Consultants regarding changes and further requirements.
6. Prepare Auto-Cad drawing ,3D models, layout, presentation.
7. Material selection and material palate
8. Accurately prepare construction drawings and takeoffs.
9. Prepare Paving pattern, Formation level plan, lighting layouts, construction drawings and detailed drawings.
10. Demonstrate and maintain a high knowledge of landscape trends, features and techniques.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 to 5 -years’ experience in Landscape and Pool industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Lumion

  Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
