A local family-owned landscape maintenance and installation company in Tampa, FL is looking to hire a skilled and experienced Landscape Account Manager. This role requires managing daily operations, building strong relationships with property managers, supervising field crews, and ensuring all projects are executed to the highest standards. The Account Manager will also have the opportunity to earn commission on enhancement sales made to their clients.

What You’ll Be Doing - Landscape Account Manager

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts valued between $700,000 and $1 million, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction
  • Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations, ensuring work is executed according to plan and on schedule
  • Supervise and motivate field crews, providing clear direction to meet quality standards
  • Coordinate with office staff, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including property managers, addressing concerns and fostering strong relationships
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement services and propose solutions to clients, earning a 2% commission on enhancements sold
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and project progress to ensure profitability and client satisfaction
  • Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and ensure all services meet company standards
  • Collaborate with office staff to manage project documentation, invoicing, and client communications

Who We’re Looking For - Landscape Account Manager

  • Proven experience in account management, project management, or a related field within the landscape or lawn maintenance industry
  • Experience working with property managers and overseeing commercial and/or residential landscape accounts
  • Proficient in identifying trees, shrubs, sod, turf, and plant diseases common to Florida
  • Proficient in using Excel and basic computer applications on a daily basis
  • Experience with iPhone and iPad for work-related tasks
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate crews effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Capability to identify and propose enhancement opportunities to clients
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

What You Can Expect - Landscape Account Manager

  • $60,000 - $80,000/yr – depending on experience
  • Schedule of Monday – Friday, 5:30am – 6:00pm
