Applicants would be required to stay away on a regular basis and accommodation will be provided as well as a 1 meal a day allowance, certain kit for PPE can be provided and elements of uniform representing the company. Potential use of company vehicles can be provided. All this can be included for the right candidate but not guaranteed. You may also work on the occasional Saturday if needed.
The UK’s largest solar park construction, landscaping and grounds maintenance company, based on the outskirts of Cirencester, is looking for agricultural workers to carry out cultivation, seeding, grass cutting, weed spraying and a variety of other services across the UK. We also panel clean using a tractor mounted SunBrush.

• Cultivation works
• Seeding
• Grass cutting
• Spraying
• Hedge Cutting
• Solar Park maintenance works
• Hedgerow & Landscaping management
• Daily work would include the basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery
• Good level of site safety, problem solving and ability to work in a team
• Adhering at all times to the Health and Safety procedures and site safety
• Experience of Agricultural methods would be beneficial
• Grass Cutting (Hand held and ride-on machinery)
• Tree & Shrub Planting
• Grassland/meadow seeding
• Ecological Mitigation work
• Vegetation clearance
• Experience of Horticultural and Agricultural methods would be beneficial
• Tractor, Roller and Dumper driving
• An opportunity to build experience on a variety of machinery
• Up-skill existing basic knowledge on various plant

Full Driving Licence essential
CSCS Card beneficial
First Aid, Machinery Operative Certificate, PA1/PA2 would be an advantage.
