Description

SeeMoreGreen is seeking a Landscape and Snow Removal Maintenance Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of residential and commercial landscapes, as well as managing snow removal operations during the winter season. The successful candidate will manage a team of landscapers, coordinate year-round maintenance schedules, and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the landscape industry / Horticulture certificate is an asset.
  • Proven experience in landscape maintenance and snow removal or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of horticulture, plant care, landscaping techniques, and snow removal best practices
  • Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and landscape management software
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control
  • Develop and implement year-round maintenance schedules and plans
  • Oversee snow removal activities, including plowing, shoveling, salting, and de-icing
  • Monitor weather conditions and plan for snow and ice removal in advance
  • Train and manage a team of landscapers and snow removal personnel, providing guidance and support
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with client requirements
  • Communicate with clients to address their needs and provide updates on project progress
  • Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and equipment, including snow removal tools and materials
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
