Hemsworth Pools & Landscapes is a fresh and innovative landscaping and pool building company based in the Sutherland Shire. We’re not your average “soft landscaping” crew—we specialise in high-end landscape construction, delivering everything from custom pools and decks to retaining walls, stonework, and everything in between.
We’re now looking for a motivated individual to join our tight-knit, passionate team. Whether that’s an apprentice of any level or a tradesman looking for a change of scenery. This role offers hands-on experience across a wide range of projects, where no two days are the same. It’s challenging, rewarding, and a chance to build real skills alongside experienced professionals.
We’re not after someone chasing “just a job.” We want someone who’s eager to grow their craft, take pride in their work, and be part of a team that delivers exceptional outdoor spaces.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2nd, 3rd or 4th year Landscape Apprentice (Or tradesman)
• Highly motivated and driven
• Punctual and honest
• Pays attention to detail
• Ability to show initiative and take action when required
• Team player
• Works well under pressure
• Enjoys a variety of work
• Drivers license a bonus
  Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
  Pay: $15.00 – $40.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week
