Description

So, we have an opportunity for a Landscape Architect or Landscape Designer to join our team.
Think you can fit into a team where providing creativity top-notch service is our daily goal? Our shop is a hive of activity, buzzing with a tight-knit team that works hard. We’re on the lookout for someone with the right character and personality to fit in with our quirky crew. If you understand the nuances of a small firm and are eager to keep things lively and engaging, you might just be the one we’re looking for.
Here, you’ll have the chance to collaborate on projects from start to finish, with responsibility, authority, and accountability. You get all three. For the right person, this can be incredibly liberating. For others, it might be a bit like facing their greatest fear. So, the question is: Are you ready to join the adventure?
We’re looking for someone with planning and design flair, and knows their way around landscape construction methods, materials, and sustainable design practices. You should be able to create designs that are not only executable but also meet high quality standards. A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating environmentally sustainable and technically sound solutions are a must.
If you can juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks like a pro, and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat, we want you on our team. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, municipal authorities, and approving agencies and build strong relationships. Independence, proactivity, and a sense of ownership are key, as are excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate your brilliant design ideas clearly.
A positive attitude, a growth-oriented mindset, and an eagerness to learn and improve will set you apart. And let’s not forget outstanding client service skills to cultivate and maintain positive client relationships. If this sounds like you, we can’t wait to meet you!
