POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and skilled Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing outdoor spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. This role involves collaborating with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering innovative landscape solutions for various projects, including residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present landscape design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site analysis and assess environmental conditions to inform design decisions.
• Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate landscape designs with overall project goals.
• Select appropriate plants, materials, and hardscapes that align with the project vision and locality.
• Oversee the installation of landscaping projects to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Professional experience in landscape architecture with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of horticulture, hardscaping, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
