We are looking for a motivated Landscape Architect/Designer to help us grow our Landscape Design/Build Department. Duties of the Landscape Architect/Designer position include but are not limited to the following. Meet with clients to help them to beautify and enhance their outdoor spaces The ideal candidate should have the following skills. Be self motivated, a good communicator and work well with others. If you have previous experience as a Landscape Architect/Designer, we’d like to meet you.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be familiar with current landscape installation techniques.
• Must be familiar with trees, shrubs, perennials and other plants suitable for the upper Midwest and hardiness zones 4-5.
• Must be proficient using landscape design software.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years experience as a Landscape Architect/Designer.
• University degree or Technical College degree in Landscape Architecture/ Landscape Design or related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to work well in a team setting.
• Self motivated and self starting.

  Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Meet with clients to determine their needs as it pertains to their outdoor spaces
• Develop comprehensive landscape plans using provided design software.
• Develop cost estimates for each clients project.
• Communicate with installation crews to be able to implement/install the client’s project.
• Follow up with clients to make sure the client’s expectations are met.
