Due to a strong pipeline of projects, our Abu Dhabi team is rapidly growing, and we are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect / Hardscape and Irrigation (Infrastructure) to undertake an infrastructure project. It is a fixed term contract for 13 month s and the project is based in Madinat Zayed .

• In this role you will provide support and assistance to the Resident Engineer and oversee processes associated with the construction stages of the project. Duties will include:
• administrative and managerial responsibilities; technical reviews and approvals; providing advice and technical support the following subject areas: softscape, hardscape, aesthetics and appearance, surface finishes, materials schedule and approvals.
• ground levels and propositions control point installation, existing and proposed survey contours, landforms, resolution to clashes and conflicts with other utilities, irrigation data and water demand verification.
• factory visit, nursery visit, FAT, SAT, selection of materials.
• liaison with clients, authorities, contractors, suppliers; raising quality reports like SOR, NCR, correspondence with all entities.
• coordination for rearranging existing services, traffic, assets; approval of WIRs, MAR, MIR, logs, reports; snagging, de snagging, punch list.
• warranties, undertakings by contractor; maintenance and upkeeping of completed works.
