We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to plan, design, and oversee the creation and development of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, environmental sustainability, and construction processes. You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to create functional and aesthetically pleasing landscapes for residential, commercial, public, and recreational projects.

• Develop site plans, landscape designs, and planting plans that align with project goals and environmental considerations.
• Conduct site analysis including soil, climate, and topography assessments.
• Prepare conceptual and detailed drawings using CAD, GIS, and other design software.
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and urban planners.
• Oversee project implementation, including site visits and construction supervision.
• Select appropriate materials, plants, and features for landscaping.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and zoning laws.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS tools.
