Previous experience in landscape construction preferred (will train the right candidate) For foreman-level positions, 3-5 years' experience in the landscape construction field, and prior experience managing a crew Ability to lift 80lbs+; work outside in inclement weather; bending, squatting, lifting, reaching Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts and Saturdays if needed (overtime available) Dependability and Reliability: showing up on time to support your team. Valid Driver’s License w/acceptable driving record DOT card or the ability to obtain a DOT card Valid Hoisting License and/or the ability to obtain a 2A/1C OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 a plus
