We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to construction tasks.
• Experience or knowledge in electrical work, carpentry, masonry, concrete forming, flooring installation, and construction painting is highly desirable.
• Ability to restore structures while adhering to safety guidelines and building codes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in executing tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members on-site.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks consistently throughout the workday.

• Assist in the construction and restoration of structures, including residential and commercial buildings.
• Perform tasks related to electrical work, carpentry, masonry, and concrete forming.
• Engage in construction painting and flooring installation as required by project specifications.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Conduct caulking and sealing of joints and openings to ensure structural integrity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards.
