Description Russell Landscape is seeking hardworking and reliable Landscape Construction Crew Members to assist with residential and commercial landscape installation projects. This role is hands-on and physically demanding, ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and being part of a team that builds beautiful, functional landscapes. Key Responsibilities: Assist with installation of landscape projects, including grading, planting, sod, hardscapes (pavers, retaining walls, stonework), irrigation, and drainage systems. Operate hand tools and small machinery safely and efficiently. Load and unload trucks and trailers with materials, equipment, and supplies. Follow instructions from the Crew Leader or Project Manager to complete tasks to company standards. Maintain a clean and organized worksite. Communicate any issues or concerns to the Crew Leader or Project Manager. Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company safety policies. Qualifications: Previous experience in landscape construction or maintenance is preferred but not required; training is provided. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing labor-intensive tasks throughout the day. Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. Valid driver’s license is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Responsibilities
