The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead our dynamic team. You’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a hands-on role where you will work alongside your team while coordinating materials, schedules, and quality control. If you have a passion for landscaping, leadership experience, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscapers on various projects
• Interpret and execute landscape designs and site plans accurately
• Oversee site preparation, grading, hardscaping, planting, and irrigation installations
• Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and power tools
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to industry regulations
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project managers for seamless execution
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure efficiency and quality
• Snow Removal Opportunities in the winter

What We’re Looking For

• Three or more years of experience in landscape construction or a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in operating landscape construction equipment
• Knowledge of hardscaping, drainage, grading, and irrigation systems
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
