QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years’ experience in landscape or construction.
  • Proven ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
  • Strong communication skills, time management, and blueprint reading.
  • Valid driver’s license, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to use a smartphone or data-enabled device for communication and reporting.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinating project execution, equipment needs, and material deliveries.
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on-site.
  • Supervising the landscape construction crew’s day-to-day activities.
  • Training and guiding landscape laborers, with efficient task delegation.
  • Conducting on-site safety orientations and adhering to best practices.
  • Operating various equipment (heavy machinery, chainsaws, etc.).
  • Assisting with construction of features like walkways, walls, and decks.
  • Precisely installing plants as specified in project plans.
  • Performing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Reading blueprints and managing subcontractor quality and deadlines.
  • Completing and submitting required paperwork digitally
