Landscape Construction Laborer Job Description The Landscape Construction Laborer supports the crew by performing hands-on landscape construction work. This position works under the direction of Crew Leaders and Project Managers to complete commercial landscaping projects safely, efficiently, and on time. Responsibilities: Perform commercial landscape construction and general labor tasks Follow directions from Crew Leaders and Project Managers Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and correctly Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently Communicate clearly with crew members to support teamwork and safety Take care of all tools, equipment, materials, and uniforms Attend required training classes or certifications as instructed Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work outdoors in various weather conditions Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience in landscape construction or general labor preferred Hardworking, dependable, and reliable Driver licensed preferred but not required. Strong work ethic with a “can-do,” no-excuses attitude Team-oriented with good communication skills Willing to learn and grow in the landscaping field Honest, trustworthy, and service-oriented Physically able to lift, bend, and perform manual labor safely Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required Why Join Clean Scapes?
