As a Landscape Construction Lead Hand, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Foreman and ensuring landscape projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will help maintain a clean and organized job site, contribute to tracking project progress, and deliver exceptional customer service. This posting reflects a current hiring need for our client. We use AI-assisted tools to help review resumes and identify potential candidate matches, however all hiring decisions are made by our team and the client directly Key responsibilities include: Assist the Foreman in building landscape projects according to design specifications Maintain a clean and safe job site throughout the project lifecycle Track time and materials as required for project management Work collaboratively to meet and exceed targets and goals Provide strong customer service and interact professionally with clients on site 1–2 years of landscape construction experience Knowledge of hardscape materials and installation best practices Experience working safely on construction job sites, following safety procedures and maintaining a safe environment Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform repetitive bending and kneeling Valid Ontario G driver’s license Legally eligible to work in Canada Ability to travel between job sites within approximately 30 km of Brantford, Ontario Available to work a weekday schedule starting at 7:00am (typical hours 7:00am–4:00pm) Comfortable speaking with customers on site daily Preferred Qualifications: Experience driving and operating a company truck, including towing and handling a trailer Safety certification Career interest in landscape construction and professional development Company pension Extended health care Competitive hourly wage of $25–$32, reflecting experience and qualifications
