SUMMARY

We are seeking a Single Family Home Rough and Final Grading Expert operators to join our team at All Star Landscaping Services Ltd. This position is crucial for ensuring that our residential builder projects meet the highest standards of quality and precision in grading. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful completion of our landscaping projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in rough and final grading for builder residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of site preparation techniques and soil management.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as skid steers, loaders and excavators, safely.
• Ability to read and interpret elevation plot plans and use a laser/transit lever to set grading stakes to assist with grading.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
• applicants with class 3 and loader experience will be an asset.

• Conduct site assessments to determine grading requirements based on topography.
• Monitor soil conditions and make adjustments as necessary during the grading process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites.
• Utilizing plot plans and laser levels to set grade stakes to achieve survey tested final grade approval with no return visits.
