Description Job Opportunity in New Hampshire, USA The Landscape Construction Team Leader leads and coordinates the team's work on construction projects. This role involves installing various landscape features while ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Service Delivery: Lead your team to complete construction services, including stone patios, walkways, steps, excavation and grading, retaining walls, drainage, lawn, plantings, and other tasks related to landscape construction. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and strong communication. Assign responsibilities to your team, make sure everyone is clear on their responsibilities, and make sure that daily tasks are completed. Inspect completed work by the team to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations. Communicate creatively and effectively with clients in a way that supports company values and maintains positive relationships. Address any issues or concerns and ensure corrective actions are taken. Equipment & Tool Management: Ensure all landscaping equipment is maintained, stored, and used safely and effectively. Report any equipment malfunctions or repairs that need to be made to fleet services. Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and practices within the team, ensuring adherence to all company, local, state, and federal guidelines. Follow and enforce company policies and standards for you and your team. Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions to mitigate risks. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, time sheets, job photos, and team performance. Facilitate excellent customer service by utilizing the company documentation process for reporting service-related issues to management. Seasonal Snow Removal: Assist with snow removal duties (shoveling, plowing, salt/sand application) during the winter months as necessary. Requirements Skilled in operating tools, vehicles, and small construction equipment safely. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred). A valid driver’s license. DOT Medical Certification. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
