We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to turn our customers’ visions into a beautiful reality. We strive to provide a service we are proud of! Requirements Key Responsibilities: · Lead, motivate and train a landscaping crew of 2+ crew members · Coordinate daily tasks including trimming, edging, planting, mulching, pruning · Ensure all work meets company quality standards and follows safety procedures · Interact professionally with customers and address on-site questions or concerns · Track job progress and report completion, issues or delays · Effective communication skills (verbal and written) · Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines · Snow removal management services during the winter required Qualifications: · 3+ years of landscaping experience; leadership experience preferred · Strong working knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices · Ability to operate landscape equipment safely · Valid driver's license with a clean driving record · CDL desired, Chauffeur’s · Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions · Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills What we Offer: Competitive Pay (based on experience), opportunities for advancement, training and development Benefits: Medical Dental Vision Paid Time Off Retirement Plan Life Insurance Referral Bonus Program Boot Program Working Conditions: Fast paced environment, outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold.
