Description Russell Landscape is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader & Driver and Crew Members to lead a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring safe vehicle operation, strong horticultural knowledge, and the ability to manage people and equipment. This position works directly on Lockheed Martin property and is subject to specific site requirements. Essential Duties Lead and supervise a crew of 2–5 team members. Drive company trucks with landscape equipment. Perform and oversee routine landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, weeding, fertilizing). Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to company standards. Train crew members on safety procedures and proper equipment use. Complete pre-trip inspections and daily job documentation. Communicate job progress and issues to management. Qualifications & Stipulations 5+ years landscape maintenance experience; 2+ years in a leadership role. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Proven experience operating commercial equipment. Knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance and basic irrigation. Reliable transportation required. Must pass a background check and meet all Lockheed Martin site access requirements. No exceptions for safety, security, or attendance standards.
