JOB SUMMARY

The season is coming to an end and we are looking to hire the right Crew Leader to finish strong. Its a chance for you to make a change and set yourself up for 2026. We are offering a competitive hourly rate with month end bonus .We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves supervising a 2 MAN team of landscapers, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining client satisfaction. The Landscaping Crew Leader will be responsible for overseeing various landscaping projects, including lawn care, fall clean ups and general gardening tasks.
Looking to have this position filled between September 22 and September 29. It will allow the owner to work with you and your new team for a week or so to ensure all the details are reviewed on each contracted site.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in landscaping, landscape maintenance, or horticulture is essential.
• Supervising experience is preferred to effectively lead a team.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care practices
• Familiarity with gardening principles and construction methods related to landscaping projects.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Lead and supervise a team of landscaping professionals in daily operations.
• Plan and execute landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, hedging, pruning and planting.
• You must be able to drive a truck and enclosed trailer
• Its an established weekly list of properties
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure team members continue proper landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Manage project timelines set out each day and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
