We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to turn our clients’ visions into a beautiful reality. We strive to provide a service we are proud of! Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate and train a landscape crew of 2+ crew members Coordinate and perform daily tasks that include planting, mulching, pruning, edging, stone, etc. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and follows safety procedures Interact professionally with clients and address on-site questions or concerns Track job progress and report completion, issues or delays Effective communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Snow removal management services during the winter required Qualifications: 3+ years of landscaping experience; leadership experience preferred Strong working knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices Ability to operate landscape equipment safely Valid driver's license with a clean driving record CDL desired, Chauffeur’s Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills What We Offer: Competitive Pay Weekly bonuses obtainable Opportunities for advancement Training and Development Health, Dental and Vision Paid time off Retirement Plan Referral Program Working Conditions: Fast paced environment, outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold.
