Position Overview As a Landscape Crew Member, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients. This position includes year-round outdoor work with seasonal responsibilities in landscape maintenance and winter snow and ice management. What You’ll Do: Safely mow large commercial properties, commercial lots, roadways, and open spaces Enhance curb appeal and maintain professional-looking landscapes Operate commercial mowing and snow removal equipment (training provided) Support critical 24/7 snow and ice management operations during winter events Follow assigned routes, maps, and work instructions Perform work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, snow, wind, and rain Represent Brilar professionally at all times Benefits & Perks: No seasonal layoffs 4-day workweek = 3-day weekends PTO & paid holidays Health insurance 401(k) with company match Company-provided uniforms Premium pay for snow work Profit-sharing bonuses Referral bonuses Ongoing training and real career growth opportunities Requirements What We’re Looking For: Valid driver’s license Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical work (walking, bending, standing for long periods) Comfortable working in all weather conditions (heat, cold, snow, wind, rain) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others Snow removal or equipment experience is a plus, but not required Winter Availability Requirements: Available to be on-call 24/7 during the winter season, including nights, weekends, and holidays Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours during snow events Commitment to completing assigned routes and shifts when called Additional Requirements: Pass a pre-employment drug test and consent to random, reasonable suspicion, and post-incident drug testing
