We are seeking a full-time, dynamic, experienced and results-driven Landscape Designer that can also develop our Sales Pipeline. This hybrid role blends creative landscaping and pool design with precise cost estimation, project coordination and persuasive sales capabilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in landscaping design, pool design and construction estimating.
• 3+ years of experience with grading and drainage solutions.
• Proven experience with pool sales and outdoor spaces.
• Proficiency in design tools such as U-Vision, Smart Draw, AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of pool construction methods, materials, and engineering considerations. , or outdoor living sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for site visits and also for seminars and networking events.
