We're genuine co-owners, and this ESOP setup promotes a culture of collaboration and engagement throughout MSA because we all have a direct financial interest as owners." -Project Engineer Transportation, Cedar Rapids Office Responsibilities Role Responsibilities Prepare planting plans, streetscape designs, waterfronts, and park plans Occasional travel to other MSA offices to collaborate with peers Design, develop, modify, and review drawings for site design projects according to established standards, with guidance from more experienced staff Develop solutions to technical challenges with site design and design communication tasks, in collaboration with more experienced colleagues Perform site visits and inspections Prepare drawings for the client to review, including renderings and animations Other duties as assigned Qualifications What you bring Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture (or related field) required Previous internship in a consulting environment strongly preferred This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
